Join the Global Content and Curriculum team as a Solutions Role-Based Journey Product Owner! Our team is responsible for ensuring our Solutions organizations are growing their skills and enabled to perform their job.
Your Impact:
Your role as an experienced Solutions Role-Based Journey Product Owner is responsible for: 1) designing and automating role-based learning journeys (e.g., solutions curriculum), 2) coaching a team of Learning Designers to create quality self-paced and instructor led learning experiences for sales employees, and 3) bringing your expertise to a team of passionate enablers, working with them to build a comprehensive curriculum to up-skill solutions professionals globally.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Role-Based Learning Journey Design, Management and Communications
Lead design of role-based learning journey for the Solutions role from onboarding to ongoing development and mastery
Partner with Solutions learners and stakeholders across the globe to align learning needs with business challenges and organizational priorities
Collaborate with regions/business units as champions of the Solutions Role Based Journey to design, drive adoption and measure success
Manage an integrated communication plan of personalized touch points by adapting messages for wide-ranging target audiences from learners to Solutions Leadership
Enablement Design and Execution
Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to build scaled, online, interactive curriculums and courses from needs assessment to prototyping and implementation
Take a competency first approach to design role based journeys / curriculums
Partner closely with a learners and stakeholders to co-design, build and manage learning curriculum
Work with Enablement Delivery Team to pilot and operationalize learning
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics for the learning outcomes and the impact of the learning journey
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, focus groups, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness and recommending changes to optimize the learning experience
Scrum Framework / Agile Methodology
Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum & Kanban
Serve as a Product Owner painting the vision of what the product/role based learning is and features/courses to get there
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to create the highest value product/learning increments each sprint
Partner with the Scrum Master to build the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next
Work with Scrum Master on refining backlog, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree / master's degree preferred
Required - Professional Experience/Skills
2 to 3 years previous Solutions experience; working with and influencing sales and executives
3+ years in enablement role or experience with onboarding, coaching or mentoring sales professionals
Deep knowledge of solution selling with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning
Mastery of sales skills in the context of discovery, presentations and corporate differentiation
Adept at learning strategies and designing participant-centered learning to maximize learning outcomes.
Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, why, and how often, and knowing when to escalate.
Stellar project management skills. Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines. Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team and cross-functional finesse
Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds
Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum & Kanban
Desired - Professional Experience/Skills
1 - 2 years of professional experience in sales curriculum design
Certified ScrumMaster or Certified Scrum Product Owner® is a plus
Experience with Salesforce products
Experience working as a Product owner
Experience applying Agile to non-software teams
