This position will lead the ongoing build and maintenance of our salesforce.com application. The successful candidate will have experience in improving and developing processes, workflows and integrations within salesforce.com. This individual will work closely with functional business units, SME’s and stakeholders to identify, develop and deploy new features, business processes and integrations with other 3rd party applications.

This key individual will be responsible for the day-to-day configurations, support, change management, maintenance and improvements over this application.

Essential Duties:

  • Manages and maintains application access, security, configuration and support to ensure data integrity for Salesforce
  • Maintaining the core platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, and assisting in fixing any bugs.
  • Manages and maintains the documentation of the application configuration, security and access privileges
  • Responsible for the change management process for upgrades and new releases
  • Leads process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency and effectiveness
  • SME in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications
  • Understands and helps to manage the data feeds and all integrations into Salesforce
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
  • Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods
  • Leads and participates in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring
  • Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs or workflows
  • Plan and lead testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system architecture, integration design, system configuration, and technology roadmaps
  • Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Provides advice and training to end-users
  • Conduct research on software and systems products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts
  • Troubleshoot, and resolve reported problems
  • Provide application performance tuning
  • Enable best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Provides second level of technical support for all corporate systems and software components

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce Admin certified
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications highly desired
  • Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CTI, Inbox, knowledge a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, implementation, support and administration of complex applications and related products
  • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices
  • Working technical knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standards; including DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP
  • Hands on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency and effectiveness
  • Understands software and hardware requirements of varied systems
  • Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems
  • Strong ability to multitask and resolve issues with urgency
  • Experience with identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
  • Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills
  • Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and clearly articulate the concepts to senior management
  • Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener and work well with others
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse group of customers

Hire Range/Rate:

$100,000 - $110,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
