STATUS: Salary
SALARY: $50,000 - $60,000
LOCATION: Currently Remote; and then will work from our Pittsburgh, PA office
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
JOB SUMMARY: The Salesforce Administrator will champion the implementation and ongoing development of Salesforce within our growing company. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with the training department, management, and sales to optimize utilization of the Salesforce platform. We are seeking a charismatic candidate with excellent technical and communication skills to manage the database and reporting, while providing ongoing training and support to our users. The main objective will be to identify, develop, and deploy creative solutions to complicated business challenges in order to increase the growth and profitability of our organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and passionate with the ability to help provide a long-term vision.

Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce changes and enhancements.- Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Train users on system functionality and new features.
- Work on maintaining data quality through ongoing data analysis, record maintenance, and other related tasks, and identify and implement process improvements that contribute to improved data quality.
- Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures.
- Provide sales support as needed including acting as a subject matter expert.
- Continuously improve Salesforce.com skills through professional development.
- Adhere to and be compliant with FDCPA, FCRA, FACTA, HIPAA, EFTA, TCPA, as well as all other federal, state and local laws, and company policies and procedures
- Abide by all policies as outlined within CBC Companies’ Employee Handbook

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology.
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably Salesforce certified
- Service cloud and Sales cloud certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce.
- A friendly, positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to analyze and explain data, adapt to daily challenges, and execute strategies to improve performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
REMOTE WORK REQUIRMENTS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear and may be required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, stoop, kneel or crouch. This position requires the ability to read typewritten text on a computer screen. Employee is required to work at a desktop computer and/or laptop and utilize a desk telephone and may be required to travel throughout the USA by automobile or airplane which may require overnight lodging.
