  •  Design, develop and configure the Salesforce.com platform with Humana best practices and in consultation with Salesforce tech lead to fulfill business needs.
  •  Develop and maintain Custom Salesforce Components such as Apex Code, Visualforce pages, Custom Components and Configuration Components such as Workflows, Validation rules, Process Builder and integration to other third party solutions.
  •  Develop and apply advanced Salesforce functionality to solve business problems and create customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  •  Resolve issues in the System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and post production phase.
  •  Participate in client meetings in order to understand the business requirements and provide effective solutions to the complex problems.
  •  Collaborate with business and various Scrum team stakeholders to successfully, articulate needs, identify objectives, drive implementation, and communicate challenges and measurements of success.
