Salesforce Order Management offers a distributed Order Management solution to support our customers’ omnichannel fulfillment needs, bringing order management to the front office with a customer-focused experience on our Customer 360 platform.

The Salesforce Order Management team (OMS) is seeking a Solution Consultant (Pre-sales), also known as a "Sales Engineer" or "Solutions Consultant," the "SE" who will transform vision into reality by leading and challenging our prospects and customers to a visionary point of view on OMS, built natively on the Salesforce Platform. This is part of a global operating unit to drive focus on Salesforce’s newest products. As a global team we focus on collaboration and sales excellence. It’s also a great way to experience and learn about other cultures globally.

The ideal candidate should have analytical capabilities to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences, identify and uncover real challenges, define solutions, and help customers connect the dots with value-driven presentations to support a successful outcome.

Impact:

  • Demonstrate and evangelize Salesforce Order Management and its value to customers – Inc C-Level
  • Capability to translate business requirements into compelling value-driven demonstrations & Presentations
  • Ability to run and manager customer workshops – through a variety of customer discovery techniques
  • Partner with Account Executives in the development of technical sales strategies.
  • Design, build and demonstrate unique and innovative solutions to address these challenges
  • Convey a deep understanding of the customer's technology as it pertains to Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions
  • Respond effectively to RFIs / RFPs
  • Active participation in a fast-paced high-energy market segment and balance multiple projects in a team selling environment

  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a network of cross-functional teams to solve technical problems
  • Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, and success-driven personality


Preferred Requirements:

  • Order Management System (OMS) Experience (Preferred) or related applications; order fulfillment commerce technology systems
  • CRM\Service Cloud and\or Commerce Domain expertise
  • Salesforce Certifications (ADM201\211\401)
  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer or a power user of an OMS, ERP or similar technology
