Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Engineer for a remote position in Dallas, TX.

You are looking for someone to be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

You are looking for someone to be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Essential Functions:
- Build Salesforce customized solutions that support business requirements and drive important business decisions
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements resulting in solution ideas
- Integrate third-party platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
- Conduct demonstration and training presentations
- Build and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Developed in Salesforce Lightning environment from design to production
- Integrated third party software with Salesforce Lightning cloud environment
- Developed using standard development practices
- Provided documentation pertaining to development
- Worked in a change management environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar software engineer role required
- Experience with the property management and single family housing environment/industry a plus
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem solving
- Experience with scripting languages (power shell or shell scripting)
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills are required
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and an ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
