Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development and administration of T.D. Williamson’s Salesforce implementation and ongoing support of the platform. Work with various teams across the organization to implement solutions utilizing the Salesforce and other TD Williamson cloud platforms. Provides application design guidance and consultation for best practices in deployments and future state design.
• Plays critical role in the design and deployment of Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.
• Provide Salesforce technical expertise to end users as well as technical teams.
• Work closely with business partners to determine business needs and proactively recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Expand current use of Salesforce.com by collaborating with cross-functional teams, outlining requirements, action plans and timelines.
• 2-3 years in Salesforce development and administration.
• 2+ years if Lightning framework development, Visualforce, Apex and salesforce application design and development.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience in implementing integration solutions between Salesforce, ERP and Financial systems.
• Mulesoft integration experience a plus. • Hands on experience in administration setup, managing users, security controls as wells as reporting and dashboard delivery.
• Experience in designing custom objects, picklists, page layouts, workflow and approval processes.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Must be self-driven and have the ability to translate business requirements and technical specifications into functioning solutions for rapid development.
