About the role:
The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain Listrak's Salesforce instance, delivering value to the organization by ensuring efficient system configuration, optimization, and management. In this role, you will report to Business Applications Manager and work closely with your colleagues in the Corporate Technology team as well as with people from all levels of the organization.
- Maintain the system: Perform regular system monitoring, audits, upgrades, and maintenance tasks. Backup data, apply system updates, and enhance security measures as needed.
- Configure and customize: Configure and customize Salesforce to optimize user experience and meet business requirements. This includes creating custom objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, alerts, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, reports and dashboards.
- Manage data: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system. Perform data imports, updates, and de-duplication. Maintain data quality standards and processes.
- Configure integrations and automations: Collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications. Identify opportunities for automation and streamline processes using Salesforce features and tools.
- Enable reports and dashboards: Train and assist users in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide key insights to stakeholders.
- Support and train users: Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the platform. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Deliver value: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business and client needs, recommend solutions, implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Manage knowledge: Document system configuration, processes, and user guidelines. Keep documentation up-to-date and accessible for users and stakeholders.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or related equivalent experience
- 3+ years Salesforce administration
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) certification required
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus (Advanced Administrator ADM211, Platform App Builder CRT403, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Supporting Data Loader, Document Management (Conga), CPQ tool, Financial Force is a plus
- Detailed-oriented and places a high level of importance on quality work.
- Comfortable learning, using, and explaining new technology.
- Ability to communicate with and appropriately influence people at various levels in the organization.
