The CRM Business Functional support will be reporting to the CRM Implementation & Deployment Director
This position has been open to cover the additional activity generated by the CRM project.
Geodis is rolling out a new CRM solution for the overall Company which means more that than 57 countries and more than 2000 sales.
The solution will be set up with several releases and potentials news business needs will be identified and deployed. In order to be able to give the right level of business support on the current features and on the future one, Geodis is looking for a person which will be in daily contact with users and IT support.

The role of the CRM Business Functional support is mainly to :
- Ensure the support to the key country users
- Share its strong knowledge of the solution and of the business processes set up in the tools to support the sales forces
- Classify the different types of requests coming up from the field and assign to the right interlocutor within Geodis
- Work closely with IT to review the different points such as CRM features, bugs, data issues, improvement
- Priorize the incoming user support requests
- Be able to document incoming request
- Elaborate documents/manuals regarding the support, update it when necessary and re-align the processes
- Be the keystone between solution/trainers and the support team throughout the deployment
- Document when necessary the incoming requests to make sure the right understanding
- Produce KPI
- Transfer knowledge to other resources which working on legacy system
- this is a role for taking up user questions and suggestions and either solve them directly or pass them on to the IT Support team.
Profil du candidat
Business acumen and eager to understand and learn how the sales are working in the different activities of the company
Good communication skills
Background on SalesForce or CRM solution in general (sap, pega, dynamics)
Previous experience on solution support or call center
Can be a junior profile with 2 or 3 years of experiences
Degree educated: master 1 in Commerce/management or marketing or supply chain.
Fluent in English
Like tech issue
Ideally coming from Supply Chain activity or industry or Retail
Good communication skills
