Join our Sales Operations team as a Salesforce Solutions Administrator! We need a smart problem solver who is passionate about Salesforce and thinks outside of the box to enhance our Salesforce implementation. By developing a key pillar of our Sales, Enterprise, Service, and Marketing groups, you'll have a unique opportunity to directly contribute to our company growth, gain exposure cross-functionally, and further hone your expertise.
What you'll do:

  • Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards
  • Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
  • Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, escalation rules, auto-assignment rules, etc.
  • Maintain overall system configuration
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials
  • Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues- will work with diverse user groups
  • Manage instance to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
  • Work with business stakeholders to prioritize change requests and gather requirements
  • User profile, role and permission sets management

  • Overall support for functional user needs
  • Requirements AnalysisQualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Lightning platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Able to utilize Salesforce automation tools to build out complex business processes
  • Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendations
  • Ability to be flexible, set priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment for self and team
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels
  • A proven understanding of setting up users, profiles and roles, and configuring reports and dashboards in the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with click development in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to custom fields, page layouts, process builder workflows.
  • Experience with installing and configuring AppExchange applications.
  • Experience with developing Flows.
  • Familiarity with/ or managing agile development methodology for implementation projects
  • Experience working with and supporting Sales Teams
 The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and has 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with one or more Salesforce Certifications.
