Supports organizational operations through the configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce and related constituent relationship management systems.

- Position allows for significant telecommuting/work from home (up to 5 days per week depending upon business need and leader approval) after the first 90 days onsite. Office space will be provided in Iowa City, IA.
- Manages all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Work with business systems analysts to Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Administers Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Creates and administers user training and training materials
- Stays current with Salesforce tools, design trends, best practices, and technology direction
- Works collaboratively with business systems analysts, project managers, customers, and other stakeholders on system needs, and configurations.
- Works collaboratively with the Help Desk, vendors, and other IT staff to trouble-shoot and resolve issues with Salesforce and related CRM systems
- Assists in the development of UICA standards for Salesforce and related CRM systems including implementation, testing, maintenance, administration, and documentation
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce or Advancement operations preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required (or must be completed within 6 months of hire).
