As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of a team passionate about delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions. You will wear many hats and be responsible for critical activities including requirements capturing, configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. Our Business Analysts work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your abilities.
We are currently hiring Senior Salesforce Business Analysts to join the team!
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to Fortune 500 Companies and Government Agencies. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements capturing, Salesforce configuration, testing, training and post deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your abilities.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Document future state business processes
- Write user stories for future state business processes and get client sign-off
- Own the solutioning and configuration of user stories
- Drive solution demos and get client acceptance
- Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Document and complete deployment steps for Go Live
- Provide post Go Live support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Validated ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
- Strong presentation, communication, and social skills along with an executive presence
- Ability to balance and prioritize numerous tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrates flexibility, resilience, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional abilities
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Travel varies with consultant preference and client requirements
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience on Salesforce or similar cloud-based implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce
- Previous Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Jira and Lucidchart
- Experience with Agile methodology
- One or more Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales / Service / Experience Cloud, or Platform App Builder)
- Government clearance or ability to acquire government clearance
