Salesforce Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for Hybrid position based out of Hauppauge for one of America's best In-State Credit Unions by Forbes Magazine in 2022! This is for a fulltime, perm direct hire opportunity.

***Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holders***

Location: Hybrid Hauppage, NY (Will require some days onsite)

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manages CRM system data and solves data quality issues in Salesforce and across connected systems/applications
• Analyzes business processes and creates enhancement requirements using industry trends and professional business knowledge
• Designs Salesforce solutions, with a focus toward user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity
• Builds and maintains Salesforce and CRM analytics dashboards and reports
• Performs system enhancement backlog evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
• Communicates complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to all stakeholders
• Creates Salesforce CRM best practices and knowledge base

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, business administration, finance or technology related field required
• Salesforce Certification required
• Experience building dashboards and/or reports is preferred
