TEKsystems is seeking a Salesforce Administrator ready to build the most efficient insurance company using the Salesforce ecosystem. This individual is responsible for providing customizations to the Sales & Service Cloud, and Pardot platforms along with our Salesforce integrated phone system provided by NewVoiceMedia.
This role is a 100% remote but given preference local candidates to the Lincoln and Omaha, NE is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Customize or establish workflows on on Sales & Sales Cloud platform to maximize efficiencies of the sales team
- Maintain databse integrity and accuracy by removal of duplicates and cleasing the data
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix problems within the platform
- Basic administration with new user setup, object management
- Assist with Pardot and marketing iniatives
- Build custom reports and dashboards to measure overall team and individual success
- Involvement in our IVR hosted in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Help minimize the amount of tools our Sales & Service team uses by migrating functionality to Salesforce
- Opportunity for additional role expansion as the organization grows
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field required
- Salesforce certification preferred
- Apex development experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration required
