What You ll Do
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead, you ll be part of our Corporate IT team located remotely. You ll get to:
  • Lead evaluation and technology vendor selection, including working with internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements
  • Translate marketing strategic recommendations and business requirements into client-facing functional specifications, requirements backlogs, and developer-facing technical documentation
  • Recommend tools and platforms to meet functional requirements, collaborate with the solutions team during integration, manage user UAT and on-boarding
  • Support the implementation of SFDC solutions. Including developing a thorough understanding of the business requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design and build optimal solutions
  • Build relationships with major project stakeholders them to solution adoption
  • Responsible for the design of technical solutions as well as supporting vendors throughout the development, testing and deployment phases
Who You Are

  • 4 to 6 years of SFDC experience with 3 to 4 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data platforms (CDP)
  • Design & development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visual force, Apex, Lightning Design systems and integration with other systems
  • Responsible for the design of technical solutions as well as supporting vendors throughout the development, testing and deployment phases
  • Experience on tools like Email Studio, Social Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder
  • Keen interest in digital marketing practices, technologies, and regulatory restrictions
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
