About the Role:

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic, charismatic, and passionate Salesforce & ERP Administrator to our team at GLBC. As we implement and set up Salesforce for our sales, customer service, and marketing departments, you will play a crucial role in supporting user inquiries for Salesforce, ERP, and other platforms. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot issues, escalate tickets to vendors, developers, or the implementation team, and collaborate on innovative solutions.

Compensation:

The typical compensation range for this position is $55,000-70,000/ year.

Responsibilities:

  • Support user inquiries for Salesforce, ERP, and other platforms.
  • Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for users.
  • Escalate tickets to vendors, developers, or the implementation team as necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update system configurations and user permissions.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College degree or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce administration and ERP systems.
  • Salesforce certification or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
