The Role
The Salesforce Administrator will assist in the management, daily administration and support activities for Salesforce and include a balance of both BAU activities and project work based on business need. The role will also be required to support any upgrade activities along with small changes and incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- System maintenance and data quality enforcement across Pardot, Sales, Service and Community Clouds.
- Configuration and maintenance of existing 3rd party apps DocuSign, Asperato, SagePay, GoCardless, SMSMagic.
- Liaison point with the business in the identification, escalation and fixing of incidents.
- Training for new joiners and ad hoc training (or train the trainer to Super Users) for new features.
- Reviewing and testing three annual Salesforce releases and communicating changes to end users.
- Ongoing engagement with Salesforce Super Users to enforce best practice usage.
- Working with business stakeholders to understand their processes and identifying where we can add features to make their work more efficient.
- Interfacing into business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including guiding stakeholders through their role in providing robust requirements, testing, approving and adopting enhancements.
- Owning programme of enhancements, including prioritising, communicating and driving through planned scope to completion.
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards that will aid business effectiveness.
- Conducting data quality reviews and drive data improvement programme.
- Communicating to the organisation about enhancements, their timing and associated business impact.
- Ensuring best practice system design principles.
Required Skills
Position Requirements:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills required: Ability to identify and analyze network quality and operational processes and then drive corrective / preventative action plans.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce configuration & functionality
ADM 201, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud Certificates
- You should have a strong interest in Salesforce and desire to learn and achieve new certifications
- Good Salesforce platform knowledge, ideally with experience of Pardot Marketing Automation
