JOB DESCRIPTION
 An employer is looking for a highly-skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join one of our largest national medical device manufacturing clients. This team sits in Minnesota, and they value team members who also sit in MN and have the flexibility to come into the office from time to time since many of their business stakeholders are in MN. However, if you don’t live in MN and would prefer to work remote, they have the flexibility to hire remote talent as well. 
 In this role you will be joining an existing and growing team that consists of 5 current architects, 4 salesforce marketing cloud architects, and one salesforce architect. In this role you will report to one of the architects, and primarily use salesforce cloud. You will be supporting their Watchman product, which is one of the client’s oldest commercialized products. Salesforce has already been implemented on this team, however they are expanding their Salesforce footprint across additional commercialized products that need to be built on Salesforce’s platform. Therefore, your role will include working directly with their business partners in order to do road mapping sessions with the business, take requirements and create user stories from the product owner, and be responsible for driving the team and delivery. This team is highly collaborative therefore a collaborative and team minded personality is necessary in order to be successful within this group.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Hands on experience coding in CPQ (configure, price, quote)
  • 7-8 years of experience withing the IT industry
  • 3-5 years of experience working directly with Salesforce, particularly as a Salesforce Developer
  • Enterprise level experience working directly with Salesforce
  • Experience with leading onshore and offshore technical teams 
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle leveraging agile methodologies and the specific requirements for maintaining systems in a regulated environment, must come from a development background
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications

 DESIRED SKILLS
  • Med Device or healthcare experience
