What We Need
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will provide day to day commercial sales team support within the Salesforce CRM tool. You will be responsible for audit of commercial inputs to ensure accurate analysis, discovering process improvements and helping to automate and streamline those processes.
A Day in the Life
  • Perform recurring data maintenance in salesforce.com
  • Provide data management support to the Marketing team
  • Facilitate Saleforce.com training for new commercial employees
  • Troubleshoot and identify trends timely through analytical data gathering and analyses
  • Drive the resolution of data integrity and systems enhancement issues
  • Analyze and interpret information and draw sound conclusions to determine an appropriate course of action
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3years experience analyzing financial data strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years Salesforce.com experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated strong excel skills; including the use of pivot tables, and v-lookup functionality
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and issue resolution
  • Continuous improvement mind-set
