Location: 100% remote
ROLE:
- Implement solutions using Salesforce point & click solutions
- Write (or review) functional documentation to target different audiences, from end-users to functional teams, passing by connected teams
- Perform testing activities (write test scenarios, run tests, etc.) to ensure release quality at different stages of the development cycle (UAT, non-regression, integration)
REQUIREMENTS:
- +4 years of work experience on Salesforce technology
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Strong knowledge on Salesforce Administrator core features (Email Automations, Flow Automation, Security, Sharing & Visibility, Data model, Data Migration, User Interface) using point & click solutions
- Experience with Powerpoint,
- Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem & key platform concepts
- Experience working in Agile Fluency in English

- Big plus: Pardot, Experience Cloud
- CloudCraze (B2B Commerce)
- Portuguese and/or French
