Geodis is deploying an audacious strategic plan "Ambition 2023", of which organic growth through sales development and sales efficiency are keys dimensions. The worldwide CRM project implementation (Salesforce) will contribute to increase the sales business efficiency. To concur to this objective, we are recruiting for the Corporate HQ teams a CRM Adoption Manager. Reporting to the global Sales Performance Director, your missions will be the following:
. You support implementation and adoption of sales rules and process across GEODIS

You contribute to support sales & marketing organization to increase performance based on reports & intelligence, and supported by training. You create contents for trainings, conduct training, if needed on-site

; You train the trainers

You prepare action plans and manage follow-up
You evaluate ways of working in CRM and propose new ways if the current are not fully efficient to make it easy for our sales communityYou drive plan and KPI's to be more efficient in productivity, cooperation and business potential

You communicate to the CRM community on regularly basis (i.e. CRM Newsletter)
You animate Network of Excellence meetings for the CRM community with valid information to share best practice.
You work closely with the CRM project-, run- and -support teams

Bachelor degree or equivalent, 5 years of job experience, Sales minded, ideally sales experienced in B2B with a good knowledge of sales practices in supply chain
