We are looking for CPQ Administrators with substantial experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate has proven success with using Salesforce CPQ to interpret and execute the customer’s pricing and quoting needs and integrate them into their sales process. Should be high-proficient in creating and managing quote templates using the Salesforce CPQ Quote Templates as well as third-party document generation tools, such as DocuSign or HelloSign.
Who?
  • 3+ years of sales/revenue operations support and/or management. Billing and Finance experience is a plus
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (CPQ-201) strongly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of contract management and renewal forecasting.
  • Comprehensive understanding and skill configuring and managing the pricing structures and mechanisms used in Salesforce CPQ
  • Price Rules, Product Rules, Block Pricing, Multi-Dimensional Quoting, Discount Schedules, Quote Processes, etc.
What?
  • Manage multiple pricebooks, products, and pricing/discounting elements.
  • Be proficient in using the native CPQ automation components to fulfill sales, product, and revenue requirements.
  • Can troubleshoot and provide solutions to CPQ limitations that may arise for customers with highly specialized or very complex pricing requirements.
  • Provide training and documentation for users and involved stakeholders.
  • Create reports and dashboards to capture metrics such as discounting trends, quote to close velocity, etc.
  • Full authorization to work, and residency, in the United States is required

The Process
Our interview process begins with a general call to understand your background and what you're looking for in your next opportunity, as well as to allow us to answer any questions you have about us and the role. If there's a potential match, you will then be given instructions to complete a technical challenge in a Salesforce environment. More information will be provided in the interview process regarding the challenge. The final step is an interview or two with our leadership team.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
