Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce administrator for the sales team; manage SFDC configuration, user roles/permissions, automation, and ongoing optimization. Ensure Salesforce is the single source of truth for go-to-market (marketing, sales, and customer experience) data.
- Work closely with other system administrators to ensure successful Salesforce integrations with other systems like marketing automation (Hubspot) and customer success (Gainsight) platforms.
- Generate reports, analysis, and insights to provide go-to-market (marketing, sales, and customer experience) leadership visibility into pipelines, forecasts and KPIs based on Salesforce data.
- Within Salesforce, identify opportunities to automate processes, improve scalability, and refine data accuracy with a focus on enabling growth.
- Lead and manage projects related to Salesforce data, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Enable marketing and sales on effective Salesforce usage
- 4+ years as a Salesforce Admin with deep understanding of Salesforce data structure, reporting, and automations. Salesforce Administrator Certified. Understanding how to translate B2B go-to-market models and growth best practices into effective Salesforce configurations.
- 3+ years providing go-to-market data analysis and insights leveraging tools like Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects (with teams such as marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, and IT)
- Process improvement experience identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Self-starter and team player with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with colleagues, consistently striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service
