Next Ventures are working with an exciting client, who are looking for a Lead Salesforce Administrator to join the team in London. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the CRM system, to include marketing, sales, commercial teams and customer service.

Requirements Description:
- Demonstrable experience of working with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
- Experience with Sales/Service Cloud is essential
- ADM201 Salesforce Administrator Certificate is essential
- Experience with lifecycle in an agile / scrum environment
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong experience working in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment
Tasks Description:
- Work with various partners to make continual improvements to the system based on new requirements and user feedback
- Problem analysis and solution design, configure, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and application configuration
