Overview:
Alera Group’s national marketing team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Operations Specialist (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics) to provide data and technology project oversight and strategic guidance to our marketing and sales teams.This position will facilitate strategic and effective program execution and oversight with a specific focus on data, new technologies and digital marketing. This role will work cross-functionally to support the evolution of the marketing team through defining and managing complex data exchanges, uses and transfers as they relate to marketing, client engagement and client experience. Additionally, this individual is accountable for advising and training stakeholders with support and insights to guide efficient and effective technology-first marketing program execution in a fast-paced environment. They will be instrumental in technology integrations and selection for the marketing team.Responsibilities:

They will be instrumental in technology integrations and selection for the marketing team.Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud initiatives within the Salesforce.com ecosystem
- Manage data-driven technology-first projects including, but not limited to: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, SFDC, etc.
- Provide strategy and recommendations to improve or streamline current processes or platforms in place to support our martech and salestech stack.
- Relationship and project management with key external vendors who support our sales and marketing alignment.
- Lead technology and system integration efforts on behalf of marketing and sales.
- Onboard and train internal and external stakeholders on technical processes and systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert in partnership with internal stakeholders, represent marketing operations in cross-functional and other key meetings, projects, and programs.
- Identify and execute opportunities within marketing with a laser focus on data and technologies to improve processes, systems and capabilities.
- Lead initiatives focused on implementing solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and sales.
- Provide proactive analytics and actionable insights to enable informed decision-making for operational optimizations.
- Strong ability to train the team on evolving processes, logistics, industry trends and vendor capabilities.
- Lead special projects and initiatives, including defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, resources and stakeholder management that can bring considerable impact and value to operations and overall results.Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience working in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- 3-5 years of experience managing sales/marketing technology platforms.
- Impeccable project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with setting up SFDC integrations and enabling end-users on best practices.
- Understanding of marketing and sales automation.
- Experience selling or supporting a sales team with a well-defined sales methodology and/or working in a marketing department that strategically supported sales efforts.
