Purpose of the job
We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. In this role, you will contribute to the design, configuration and delivery of products and solutions while honing your skills and expertise.
While Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be your playground, you'll also have the opportunity to lend your skills to additional legacy client work across other Marketing Automation platforms. This means you'll be exposed to a wide range of challenges, keeping your skills sharp and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives and requirements
- Develop and implement email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder. HTML experience necessary.
- Assist in the development of automated customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Leverage SQL to create and maintain customer segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Experience in reporting and analysing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for audience targeting.
- Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate email content and branding.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp to resolve them promptly.
- Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates, implementing necessary improvements.
- Continuously optimise marketing automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud
- Being a strong advocate of CRM and Email best practices

- AMP Script, HTML and CSS
- Email studio, Content Builder and Journey Builder
Desirable

SFMC Email Specialist Certification
- JavaScript, SQL (Query Studio experience) Or Guide Template Language)
- Automation Studio, Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio
- Experience of Datarama, Interaction Studio, Salesforce CDP, Advertising Studio, Social Studio and Einstein
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams
- Experience setting up push notifications
