The Amazon SCOT organization is expanding our Direct Fulfillment team, and we are looking for a Sales Force Administrator, to build and maintain a new Salesforce instance for the Direct Fulfillment org. The DF Sales Force Admin will launch, manage, and own routine maintenance, including continuous improvement for the DF Sales Force instance. Direct Fulfillment (dropship) provides Amazon customers the broadest in-stock selection, at the quality and speed of delivery they have come to expect from Amazon. Direct Fulfillment allows Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor’s warehouse, and is one of the fastest growing supply channels at Amazon.

In this role, the Direct Fulfillment Sales Force Admin will:
  • Configure of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications
  • Manage Salesforce.com CRM application including 24/7 support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues
  • Partner and consult with the business to identify and define business requirements and initiate and prioritize enhancement, gap analysis and prepare user stories
  • Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needs
  • Participate in change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.
  • Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support, maintenance and success tracking
  • Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners
  • Communicate with various audiences both internal and external, technical and non-technical
  • Manage multiple projects, accounts, and initiatives at the same time
  • Clearly articulate business plans, technical objectives, and project timelines
  • Certified Salesforce.com Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder or other equivalent qualification
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instance
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes (Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, etc.)
  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Experience working on iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)
