We are seeking an intelligent and experienced Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Administration certification. Advanced Administration certification will be nice to have. The ideal candidate is habitual improver of things, a go-getter that is well rounded and able to innovate in a rapidly growing department inside of a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing support requests, debug production issues
  • Adding / Managing Users, permissions
  • Configuration and Integration
  • Report Creation
  • Documentation and Training
  • Managing releases with CI/CD tools, improve performance

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient in SFDC Administration including expertise in:
    • Object and field creation and customization (formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules; bonus: record types);
    • Access control layering (i.e. creating/adjusting profiles, roles, permission sets, page layouts, delegated administration);
    • Workflow efficiency (approval processes, workflows, email alerts, field updates, email approvals; bonus: visual workflow, process builder);
    • Information sharing (reports, dashboards, bonus:);
    • Sandbox Management
  • Understanding of the core force.com platform and Financial Service Cloud;
  • Command of the Data Loader and Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong, self-starting learning skills, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to "see around corners";
  • Highly professional with strong communication skills; Salesforce certification a plus (ie ADM201 or ADM301)Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably in Computer Science, engineering or other system-conscious discipline).
  • 7+ years of professional experience required.
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce administration with Lightning components
  • 5+ including release management protocols; Azure DevOps. Flosum experience a plus
