What your days will look like

  • Drive Programme Awareness & Adoption: Lead transformative strategies for firm-wide initiatives and change management, with a focus on enhancing xLOS enablement and technology tagging in Salesforce.

  • Collaborate & Overcome Challenges: Partner with Alliance leaders to identify and overcome program-wide obstacles, while actively contributing to impactful Global Alliance Program initiatives.

  • Strategic Reporting & ROI Evaluation: Provide insightful programme status reports to stakeholders, define and measure ROI, ensuring all activities deliver maximum value.

  • Manage Assets & Empower Teams: Oversee the Alliance central repository (assets, contracts, citations) and play a key role in building a high-performing Alliances team alongside the Sales and Marketing Director.

This role is for you if

  • You have a demonstrated understanding of strategic business drivers, risk awareness, and the ability to develop GTM strategies within a Salesforce environment.

  • You have an exceptional ability to communicate key messages, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex, matrix organisations.

  • You have proven experience in leading integrated sales and marketing strategies, motivating teams through change, and strong project management skills.

  • You have a creative mindset with excellent facilitation skills, comfortable with testing, learning, and optimising to uncover fresh ideas and build effective strategic plans.
