• Build Salesforce applications using configuration tools and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support Tourlane product portfolio

• Work directly with Salesforce Solutions Architect, Product Manager and Admins to gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users

• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality

• Maintain the day to day requests of users, providing level 1 support

• Create and maintain end user and admin team documentation

• Follow and understand Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions

• 2+ years of Salesforce experience including proficiency in modification of standard objects and fields, as well as creation of custom objects and fields

• High proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (process builders, flow builders etc.)

• Familiar with different tools, such as CTI (eg. Twilio), Task Automation (eg. Zapier), Forms and survey builder (eg. Typeform)

• Practical experience in implementing Sales, Service and Community Cloud on the Salesforce Platform

• Experience in business process automation projects, cooperation with development teams, understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts and its ecosystem

• Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder) are a nice-to-have

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
