What’s the opportunity?
To bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions, harnessing SaaS platforms, particularly Salesforce, to deliver great customer outcomes across all business segments covering the entire customer journey driving towards automated end to end outcomes and ensuring data quality. There is a focus on complex processes improvement and maximizing value of SaaS platform within Enterprise, Government and Wholesale segments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining features, phasing and solution requirements working closely with technical architects and application developers
- Developing and maintaining a Salesforce focused product backlog for new features or technical debt reduction.
- Communicating roadmaps and solutions to the wider business.
- This role will be the advocate for user adoption and thought leader to maximise business value of Salesforce platform
- Collaborate in developing project plans working closely with the Infrastructure and Operations Project
- Management Office, Technical leads and designers, business stakeholders and application developers
- Build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate on technical forward-looking architecture roadmap for the Salesforce platform
- Provide support and consultative advice to project managers, peer architects and key stakeholders across the enterprise for all solution designs regarding Salesforce.
- Identifying, revising and enhancing adherence to processes and standards used within the team.
- Understanding of how data is used within business processes and its impact on desired business process outcomes.
- Have a clear understanding of strategic business requirements
- Understand business drivers and business capabilities.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Minimum 8 years commercial IT experience with 5 Years demonstrated experience leading highly successful teams
- 5 years demonstrated experience and configuring and developing and designing Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent with business analysis processes and ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders
- Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal and external customer experience
- Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures and promote efficiencies
- Well-developed relationship building skills
- Able to work and deliver to committed timeframes
- Strong leadership characteristics
- Negotiation, conflict management skills
