Balto is looking for an expert Salesforce Administrator to take the lead in maintaining, scaling, and improving our Salesforce database and data dashboard. You will have the unique opportunity to be an integral piece of Balto's executive decision-making process. You will be working cross-functionally to build out reports and dashboards that will drastically improve the day-to-day decision-making and directly impact Balto's success story.
Balto's Salesforce Administrator will take a leading role in improving and using our customer data and manipulate it into useful dashboards and reports. As the go-to Salesforce subject matter expert, you will work to clean up old data, get clean data into the database regularly, and use it to make Balto's decision-making a data-driven process. Also, you will be working within a database for a startup in the top 1% of growth in the entire nation. Responsibilities
- Continuing customization, development, and improvement of Balto's Salesforce platform.
- Keeping Balto's data clean and usable through de-duping, report and dashboard development, and data cleanup.
- Integration with and development of visual data dashboards.
- Work closely with the revenue-generating departments to maintain ease of workflow and data transfer throughout the organization.
- Create reports and dashboards for Balto's Leadership Team to enable data-driven decision making and financial projections.
Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience with APIs and SQL.
- Robust process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management mindset.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Love of data, technology and helping people use it.
