The Salesforce Administration Manager will oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform across Sales and Service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a knack for leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices, as well as experience in managing a team of Salesforce administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce instances, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and data management.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and maintaining data governance policies.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce administrators, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements, process improvements, and new feature rollouts
Monitor system performance and user adoption, and drive initiatives to optimize Salesforce usage
Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics for the key salesforce teams
Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, managing change requests, and offering guidance on Salesforce functionality.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools (e.g., workflows, process builder, flows).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with data migration tools and practices is a plus.

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range:
