Role summary

Provide solutions and manage the implementations of our second Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support Collection and Operation. You will act as the key stakeholder, gather requirements, provide project updated and use the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.

You will be responsible for:

Provide day-to-day technical lead to the users of Marketing Cloud
Managing the account and keeping the team informed with updates and product feature releases
Optimise automation
Own and keep Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration blueprint up to date
Maintenance and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data feed with the help of the data team
Support our development/product with API integration
Drive business requirements and coordinate development work with relevant teams
Monitor IP Addresses and Sender Domains in order to maximise Email Deliverability
Provide training on Salesforce Marketing CloudThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The job holder may be required to complete any other reasonable duties in order to achieve team objectives.

You will have:

Extensive experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suites; the core suites being, email, automation, mobile
An ability to think strategically and develop a real understanding of stakeholder needs
Demonstrated ability to support coordination of projects across functional teams
SQL knowledge
AMPscript knowledge
API experience
Project Management
Agile methodology.

It would be a bonus if you also had:

Interaction Studio knowledge
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
Knowledge of Datorama
