Business Strategy & Process team is responsible for identifying business frictions, design process and processes and tools enhancements to overcome them.

✏️ What you'll do

  • Lead your team (+2) to develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as Technical Lead for Salesforce projects
  • Participate in roadmap development and prioritization
  • Implementation of data feeds / application interconnection
  • Lead the successful delivery of the initiatives of your teams
  • Suggest best practices and Build guidelines to improve our system productivity, scaling and monitoring.
  • Drive engineering excellence through delivery characteristics, Ensure both quality and security standards are developed and maintained
  • Mentor and grow your team across technical architecture, partnership with stakeholders and project management
  • Ensure to bridge your engineering teams and other BPA members.

About you

  • Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative or business field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Agile framework is a must have
  • First successful managerial experience
  • Experience in Salesforce Programming & Administration is a must have: Develop code, Apex, object-oriented, reports, workflows and assignment.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (tools like Outreach,Aircall, Pardot…), and you know how to connect applications together at enterprise grade level (Rest API, technical & business monitoring, security best practices…)
  • You are sensitive to data quality and data management processes.
  • Ability to manage several change projects with a live environment used by thousand of internal customers in parallel,
  • Imaginative and open-minded, you can adapt to the audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • A nice to have, a real interest in the online Advertising market and the impact of high-performance technology in this market.
