- You will manage governance of the platform through engagement with key stakeholders, and foster enterprise-wide systems thinking.
- You will contribute to BOKF’s strategic Salesforce roadmap, ensuring strategy aligns to business objectives.
- You will contribute to BOKF’s data and integration strategy as it relates to Salesforce. Salesforce is an important part of BOKF’s data ecosystem. Thoughtful data capture and data quality are key to our success.
- You will build relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize value of the platform, understand product roadmaps and best practices.
- You will help establish and monitor dashboards/KPI’s to understand our platform usage, flow of work, and drive continuous improvement.
- You will learn and apply Lean, DevOps and Agile principles to continuously improve our understanding, our products, and our team.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years experience in an IT leadership role with responsibility for direct reports or contractors, such as Team Lead or Team Manager.
- Your ability to break down complex work into clear, workable milestones and dependencies will help keep critical deliverables on track.
- Your ability to effectively plan and communicate work across teams to ensure coordinated delivery will be critical to the team’s success.
- Your ability to cultivate a learning environment where teams are open and adaptable to new ways of working that yield better outcomes and reduce waste in all its forms.
- Your ability to navigate complexities of an “Enterprise” asset, including Roadmap Strategy, Governance, and keeping our investments aligned to high value business objectives.
- 3+ years experience in roles such as IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Support or System Administration in a business-user facing software package.
- 2+ years of data analysis, data mapping, integrations, and/or working with reporting technologies such as Power BI or SQL Developer.
- Tech-savvy with experience working across a variety of technologies and teams (applications, infrastructure, architects, developers, reporting) to understand flow of data, assess impact and deliver technical solutions.
- Enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve business objectives.
- Build relationships to become a trusted advisor and create raving fans.
- Ability to tailor communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 1+ year working in an agile environment.
