SalesForce Administrator

CRS Temporary Housing is a leader in our industry providing temporary housing solutions to individuals who are displaced from their home due to loss. Working with insurance companies and the policyholders, we provide a variety of solutions to make this difficult time easier.

Our office is located near Metro Center in Phoenix, AZ. Following training, you will work from home full-time, but will be requested to come to the office periodically for meetings and/or projects. Computer equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.

Position Purpose: The SalesForce Administrator, is a highly autonomous member of our IT team that serves as the central application for the entire organization. In this role, under the direct supervision of the Director of IT, you will collaborate with the software development team, and other stakeholders to enhance, maintain, and align SalesForce with the growing goals of the company. This is a great opportunity to put your fingerprint on a growing company and play a key role in the continued growth, development, and future success of CRS Temporary Housing. We are looking for an individual who is a great administrator, analyst, communicator, project manager, strategic thinker, and team member.

Duties

  • Working in/on Salesforce Lightning
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce end-user IT requests
  • Provide Salesforce technical assistance to end users through hands-on experience with all Salesforce admin tasks
  • Customize reports and dashboards
  • Assist in testing and maintenance of AppExchange applications
  • Manage Data and Backups
  • Creating new automations using workflows, process builder, flow builder, approval processes and assignment rules
  • Training staff on Salesforce use and growing the skillset across your organization, including development and maintenance of appropriate training material.
  • Keep up with new features, and implement desired features from new Salesforce releases
  • Manage relationships with other internal and external stakeholders including your internal IT department, implementation partners and Salesforce
  • Identify key business processes improvements and collaborate with the business to implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or equivalent education and experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce Administration
  • A track record of taking ownership of projects, including identifying what those projects should be in the first place
  • Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration: working effectively with highly technical engineering teams as well as operational teams, and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical capabilities, experience defining metrics and using them to drive decision-making
  • Ability to successfully engage with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Process Builders and Flows
  • Experience with Apex and VisualForce Coding (Preferred)
