Overview:Are you a Senior APEX Engineer with robust architecture skills? Do you thrive in a highly technical, fast paced environment? Are you looking for an opportunity to help build a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators to develop and maintain an enterprise level implementation? SOLTECH is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join a modern office space with emphasis on employee development, modern culture, team building and (last but not least), great snacks!Responsibilities:
- Work closely with enterprise architects to execute proof-of-concept solutions that align with overall business and PI strategies
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for onshore and offshore scrum teams
- Act as a hands on Senior Engineer working with APEX and assisting with code reviews
- Collaborate with Senior Delivery Managers to build team of in house Salesforce professionals and train junior administrators on best practices
- Provide solution demos for internal client base and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Work with Quality Assurance leaders during testing cycles at environment levels including integration, stage and UATQualifications:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience working daily with APEX
- 10+ years of experience in a highly technical, strict Agile, software development environment
- Strong leadership experience with ability to build teams and mentor junior developers
- Proven ability to implement complex platform solutions end to end while aligning with business objectives
- Proficient in troubleshooting and creating on-the-fly solutions during large releases to production
- Robust experience creating fully custom objects, fields, page layouts and record types
- Strong design skills around custom rules for work flow, validation and approval processes
