Job Description

Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's, incorporated, is the premier provider of cash management services provided via armored car transportation, ATM servicing, currency and coin processing, document destruction and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities. Brink's U.S. is hiring for a Salesforce Administrator to join our US Sales team in Coppell, TX.

You will build and optimize existing implementations and also support the maintenance and development of existing products on the Salesforce platform. The Administrator will work with product owners, Salesforce developers, organizational units, subject matter experts and business leaders to identify, configure, and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of platform organizations and work on multiple projects. Must be able to work in both structured and unstructured environments. To ensure success as a Salesforce Administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Apply detailed knowledge of business workflows you gain through the business interviews and scoping to the product enhancements
Be a change agent who can work with internal teams to drive process improvements in an agile development environment
Create and manage features that can be turned into technical development stories for the development team
"Inspect what you expect." Develop meaningful and actionable metrics for determining what good looks like and to hold everyone accountable
Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, configuration, maintenance, technical/functional capabilities
Meet regularly with the internal product owners and other stakeholders to continuously improve product functionality to meet business needs.
Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
Serves as business liaison with IT technical resources in areas related to system support for other technologies that would integrate with Salesforce.
Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by Salesforce users, perform analysis on data as required.
Maintain and communicate Salesforce metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
Supports enhancement releases including the release process, testing, tracking and communications.
Supports any needed Data Migration and Manages and implements customization requests, including creating workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc.
Create and maintain updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
5+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud (nice to have)
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
Strong sense of personal accountability with ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong analytical, organization and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail
Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality
Ability to work with business partners successfully by being able to communicate technical content in non-technical manner
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Data structure/architecture (desired)
API development/interface experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
