Sr Systems Analyst-Salesforce

JOB PURPOSE:
Supporting enterprise wide system(s) and project objectives for the Salesforce platform. Responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support including creating and controlling project plans, goals, deadlines, testing, implementation, changes, upgrades and post live support of assigned systems. This position is responsible for obtaining and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the software functionality and acquiring knowledge of the business workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, Physician Enterprise/Piedmont Clinic, Patient Experience, Revenue Cycle, HR, and Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Functions as subject matter expert for the team.
2. Coordinates application/system changes and works with the appropriate teams to resolve issues. Designs, builds and validates detailed configuration parameters to ensure functionality and implement approved changes to the application.
3. Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform.
4. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.
5. Participates in and relays business/application functionality expertise during advanced application design sessions. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
6. May interact as the primary customer contact with the vendor in order to facilitate issue resolution or the coordination of application enhancements.
7. Provide formal status reporting on a periodic basis to project management / leadership as requested.
8. Coordinates and facilitates meetings as assigned.
9. Assist with application training during peak demand times for these services.
10. Maintains system documentation to current standards.
11. Available to participate in off hours, on-call support.

Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, MIS, or a closely related field. In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Four (4) years of directly related experience as a systems analyst or developer working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) with an in-depth knowledge of core technology and development tools. Experience maintaining CRM platforms or systems, preferably in an implementation capacity (full project lifecycle preferred).
(If no degree, a total of nine (8) years of experience required.)

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with Agile project methodology is preferred.
Previous professional leadership experience in a team or project environment preferred.
