RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking to bring on a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to join their growing organization in Morristown, NJ. The Salesforce Implementation PM in this role will be responsible for leading Business Transformation through implementation of Salesforce platform. Being the Single Point of Contact, the incumbent needs to lead and manage various initiatives and discussions in partnership with our consulting partner. In addition to the external consultant, this role will be spearheading the discussion and change among the internal stakeholders including: Field Operations, Business Lines, Finance, HR together with KG, Group BSC CoE and SIS (solutions, technology).

Responsibilities:

Create Sales Force implementation road map including tracker along with internal stakeholders and our external consulting partners during concept and implementation phase
Create project tracker and dashboard to capture various analytics related to impact on business as a result of organization change
Work with Sales, Field Operation and Product line leaders during platform model design, migration planning and execution, knowledge transfer, and go-live readiness through to stabilization phase
Develop solid partnership with SEC and Global Sales Organization to ensure all the internal systems and processes are aligned to support the success of the Sales Force platform
Lead and participate in workshops and create change management action trackers
Ensure the -voice of the field- is appropriately considered by Strategic Transformation leadership as changes are established and implemented
Work with the HR and Change management COE's on identifying various opportunities including Employee Training and Communication for successful implementation of the new processes and technology
Work with Finance and Sales Leadership to identify and monitor key ROI's as a result of the Sales Force platform implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required or foreign equivalent; Master's degree is a plus
PMP, ITIL, CAPM or other equivalent are a plus
7-10 years of consultant or Project Management experience
Analytical skills
Strong conceptual abilities with the capacity to think out of the box
Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
