Salesforce Business Analyst (Service & Sales)

  • Overall 8-10 years experience, including 4+ years in Sales, Service Cloud and 2+ years in role of BA
  • Experience in Telco CRM
  • Should be able to discuss requirements with Client related to Salesforce
  • Should be able to analyse client requirements and propose OOTB Standard functionality to business
  • Document User Stories, discuss requirement with Designer & Development team
  • Give Demo to business
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Communication Cloud (Vlocity) will be added advantage
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence
  • Well versed with Agile
  • Salesforce Certified

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Permanent

Pay: From £50,000.00 per year
