Salesforce Project Manager

• Accountable for Program Governance and delivery across streams.
• Ensure clear, timely and relevant communication to cross-workstream Team
• Collates and reports work-stream status to Leadership in weekly status meetings
• Ensure alignment of overall program status, queries with cross-workstream Team
• Owns program level RAIDs and work on same with workstream leads and project manager
• Liaise/Coordinate with other streams to manage the dependencies

• Manage requirement gathering, SIT, UAT, Go-Live & HyperCare sessions
