Martech Specialist - Marketo and Salesforce Sales Cloud (m/f/d)


Your tasks:

  • Martech evolution: You own the CRM integration (Sales Cloud) with our Marketing automation tool Marketo from a technical and operational perspective.
  • Lead Lifecycle enhancement: Together with our Marketo expert and business colleagues you review and re-design our lead lifecycle, incl. new definition of stages, funnel management and making this visible from Marketo to Sales Cloud through seamless data.
  • System improvements: You find improvement needs in our systems and make suggestions on how to solve them. You bring together the right people to make change happen and document all technical and process implementations accordingly.
  • Data and Analytics: As a system expert, you support our analytics colleagues in making data for reports available in easily accessible ways.
  • Operational support: You help our Marketing colleagues work successfully in Sales Cloud and constantly improve our ways of using the system.


Your profile:

  • Tech skills: We would like to see 2+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud experience. Having worked with Marketo before makes you stand out. Certifications are welcome. Understanding relational data structures and having basic SQL knowledge will make you successful.
  • Process skills: You have experience in reviewing, auditing and re-designing business processes; esp. lead lifecycles are not new to you. You have managed similar processes across systems before (Marketing Automation to CRM) and managed to bring data to a superior analytics level.
  • Fast learner: You are willing to broaden your IT and process management skills every day and take the initiative to stay up to date on current trends and apply them to our systems - we look forward to your ideas!
  • Languages: Our team speaks English; German and other languages are nice-to-have
  • Working mode: You are willing and used to working remotely. You do not need to be based in Hamburg, but will join us for working sessions in person on a need-to-have basis.
