Education & Experience
Requires a Minimum Assoc. Degree, CRM , web design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of professional experience in operations and business administration with a proven track record.

Salesforce Administration and Development Work closely with IFSH , FSPCA and Spouts with creating reports, dashboard, and list view. Developing and updating Salesforces Communities, and working workspaces and builder to update webpages, lightning components, and knowledge articles Salesforce Administration and Development experience connected with the Salesforce Service Cloud and the Salesforce Sales Cloud. · Salesforce Classic Interface, and the Salesforce Lightning Interface. · Creating report types, reports, dashboards, and list views. · Creating objects, fields, profiles, permission sets, queues, groups, sharing rules, approval processes, workflows, processes and flows, validation rules, and email templates. ·Developing and updating Salesforce Communities, and working in Workspaces and Builder to update webpages, lightning components, and knowledge articles. · Ascertaining business requirements, writing user stories, reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), leading project teams, conducting user acceptance testing ( UAT ), and spearheading user training. ·Data Loader to update, insert, and delete records in Salesforce. · Handling Salesforce tri-yearly Releases and Critical Updates. HTML , XML , CSS , JavaScript, SOQL / SQL , and APEX
