Salesforce Specialist - Data and Process (f/m/d)

You love Data and the beauty of analyzing and working with it? As Salesforce Specialist (Data and Process) (f/m/d) you will be supporting our Sales operations in Germany and Austria. You'll work closely with fellow analysts and project managers on a range of data and process projects, that support and optimize the excellent work of our Sales Teams.

Just Eat Takeaway.com is better known as Lieferando in Germany. Our Berlin-based Facility Management Team is looking for a Team Lead with experience in leading teams of up to 10 people. You will work within the Facility Management Team and directly contribute to the team's work and strategy.

As Salesforce Specialist (Data and Process) (f/m/d), you will be part of our Sales Operation team. Focusing on our markets in Germany and Austria, you will support our Sales teams in getting and making use of the data they need - especially revolving around Salesforce. You further analyze our current processes and look for improvements.

Collaboration, stakeholder-management and proactivity are vital parts for this position.

Also, these will be your responsibilities:

• Prepare dashboards and reports, conduct analysis and administer Salesforce and the connected CRM system database
• Analyze our Salesforce processes and improve them when necessary Support sales related projects with data research and reports
• Maintain and enhance core KPI dashboards and reports
• Perform ad hoc data pulls, set up scheduled CSVs & build dashboards
• Support the sales team with sales controlling
• Analyze and interpret performance based on data and suggest improvements
• Create presentations, communication and documentation in German and English
• Provide administrative support to the German and Austrian sales management team in the daily business

Your Profile

On one hand, you are the person who the sales managers, regional managers and sales team leads rely on to execute analytical tasks which contribute to our sales projects and operations. On the other hand, you seek opportunities to acquire and execute your own individual data and process related projects. You can present your ideas confidently, while also being a team player and are open to collaboration with other colleagues.

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

• 1 year of experience with using Salesforce as a database
• Experience in creating processflows
• Fluency in English and German (written & spoken) and good communication skills
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Suite skills (especially Google Sheets)
• A detail-oriented and data-driven mindset, with excellent analytical skills
• You are eager to learn, either by yourself or as a team
• You are self-motivated and well organized – able to handle deadlines & balance multiple priorities
