Due to exponential growth, we are looking for an outstanding full stack Senior Developer / Architect familiar with advanced Salesforce application development or a with a deep background in Java, C#, C++ or similar to join our team. We are looking for someone who is results-driven and puts the success and happiness of our customers above all else! Someone with a passion for designing, architecting and building cutting-edge web and mobile software solutions to challenging real-world business problems. Outcomes to Achieve
You will be playing a key role in continuously extending and improving our apps, through developing new and enhanced features and resolving limitations, as well as developing completely new apps in due course. Key outcomes include:
- Help make our apps amazing - we want to be the best and revolutionise the way our customers work
- Write highly performant, robust and scalable code - with near zero bugs or issues!
- Create enterprise class technical designs - for new and enhanced features, and even for new apps
- Give our customers an amazing user experience - we want them to be wowed when they use our apps!
- Help continually improve our development cycle, increasing velocity and quality at every opportunity
- Help our support teams troubleshoot difficult issues where developer input is needed
- Contribute to our product roadmaps through ideas, insights and innovations
- Mentor junior team members in the fine art of software development
What we're looking for in you
- A track record of achieving outstanding results in developing highly robust, scalable and innovative software apps for business use, and of effective collaboration across multiple teams
- Full-stack advanced technical expertise in Salesforce, or Web Application Development using Java, C# or C++
- Expert in designing technical solutions from functional specs, including scalable software architecture, structures and design patterns
- You are keen to continue/transfer your career on the Salesforce platform and benefit from the huge career opportunity of this platform
- You take pride in creating bulletproof apps with robust scalable code and have zero tolerance for poor quality code, poor technical design, or preventable issues and bugs
- Ability to work remotely and be highly effective
- Smart - you learn fast and "get it", even for complex scenarios, and effectively put it to practical use
- Willing to speak-up and to challenge, and actively seeking feedback
- Can-do mentality. You love sorting out problems and pushing through challenges
- Willingness to try and fail, then try again, and again! Continually learning and developing
- Great at communicating and building win-win relationships, at all levels
