Position Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented individual who loves to solve problems and help others understand technology? If so, this position may be for you! We are looking for an energetic individual with strong leadership skills, and experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or understanding of the business areas this team serves in order to be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce environment.
Leads Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutioning within business areas. Collaborates with business leaders and teams to identify system and process improvements utilizing enterprise standards for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Business Process Management (BPM). Leads BPM technology advances for business areas. Participates on enterprise committees to ensure SFDC is used consistently across the organization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Leads Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration, configuration, optimization, maintenance, and migrations as they relate to business needs.
  • Collaborates with business area leaders and teams to understand overarching business process and utilizes process improvement methods to solicit, identify, define, prioritize, and implement opportunities.
  • Develops and updates the three year roadmap for business area with regards to vision of business capabilities and the associated enabling technologies.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce administrator experience and certification
  • Knowledge of business processes and how SFDC is incorporated into workflow.
  • Expertise in BPM and Agile methodologies as well as process mapping skills.
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., CPI).
Physical job requirements:
  • Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Ability to utilize telephone for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire work day (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper)
