Apps Associates is currently looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect. Job duties and responsibilities listed below

a) Identify the project needs

b) Conduct Discovery and Solution Design workshops

c) Conduct workshops for future state processes under Salesforce Applications

d) Work with Subject Matter Expert’s (SME’s) to define functional use cases and user interface navigation

e) Guide decisions and recommend which Salesforce products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research

f) Lead architectural decisions and plans with the client

g) Advising the client on managing future platform needs

h) Responsible for the overall design and architecture of the intended solution

i) Provide solution and/or platform-specific best practices

j) Minimum Certification Level

k) Sales Cloud

l) Service Cloud

m) Platform Dev I
