Your Role

• You expand our existing Salesforce and Pardot platform and integrate it into our existing IT system landscape
• You customize and implement sales and marketing processes
• You process and solve user support and service requests as well as incidents, change requests and employee trainings
• To map sales and marketing business processes you use Process or Flow Builders
• You support all business functions on creating insights along the entire value chain and core KPIs
• You visualize reports and findings of analyses by creating dashboards and presentations to a wide variety of stakeholders
• You build and operate a new company wide data warehouse and create and maintain reporting/dashboards using state-of-the-art Business Intelligence tools
• You work with an international sales and marketing organization using agile methods
• You directly report to the CEO and work closely with the CFO and COO

Your Bring

• A university degree in computer science, business informatics or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce and Pardot administration based on the salesforce platform
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration and experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Experience in building data warehouses and in working with analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
• Excellent MS Excel skills (esp. analysis of data, (Power)Pivot, etc.)
• Analytical and technical skills with a solution orientation and a constant attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A curious, and pragmatic personality that takes initiative
• Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus

• You have a certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
• You do have basic knowledge of APEX and SQL and the conception of queries/interfaces
